Poulton, one of the top providers of private flood insurance in the nation, will make Brown & Brown Inc. subsidiary Wright Flood the largest provider of flood insurance in the United States, the company said. Wright Flood offers federal, excess, and private flood insurance.

The transaction is expected to close in November. Terms were not disclosed.

Slat Lake City, Utah-based Poulton owns and operates the web platform, . The organization provides coverage through its popular National Catastrophe 农夫导航 Program (NCIP) as well as other insurance offerings.
