Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) announced the acquisition of Hayden Wood 农夫导航 Agency Inc., a Southborough, Massachusetts-based independent agency. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The Hayden Wood 农夫导航 Agency was founded in 1946 by Hayden R. Wood, Sr. upon his return from service in World War II. Three generations later, it has continued as a family owned and operated independent insurance agency with Morgan Wood Duffy at the helm. All employees, including Duffy, will join MMA and remain working out of their existing Southborough office.
Hayden Wood primarily provides personal lines expertise to clients nationally, with a specialty in collector auto and motorsports products.
