Job Description
The Vended Application Senior Consultant II typically provides expertise across several areas of the business and delivers product features and support for multiple vended software and services, including HashiCorp Vault, HashiCorp Boundary, Azure Key Vault, and AWS Secrets Manager.
Key Responsibilities
鈥 Configure vendor software; review and verify operation of new vendor release features. Leverage vendor defect resolution procedures and support tools to resolve issues.
鈥 Assist with overall product planning by contributing to/creating stories for moderately complex features in areas of responsibility.
鈥 In partnership with the business groups and technical teams, provide knowledge and support for resolving technology issues in multiple areas of the business; sought as a subject matter expert.
鈥 Create the functional design, leveraging moderate technical skills, to address moderate complexity business processes or issues or to address the requirements of a set of product features.
鈥 Manage the issues and blockers for assigned features and product stories.
鈥 Assist in gathering the training and user documentation requirements.
鈥 Organize, lead and finalize feature review sessions for moderately complex business issues/requirements and document resulting decisions.
鈥 Support the planning, conduct, and review of module and integration testing for all but the most complex projects.
鈥 Use knowledge of integrated requirements to evaluate proposed software products.
Experience
鈥 3 or more years of experience (Preferred).
Supervisory Responsibilities
鈥 This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $76,200.00 - $118,690.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
