Job Description
This Business Architect Lead Consultant opportunity will support the Allstate Distribution Sales Leaders. The purpose of this role is to develop and drive solutions forward that allow our organization to reach its goals by partnering with technology, business stakeholders and user experience. You will be the key bridge between business and technology stakeholders. Your skills as a self-starter and ability to both uncover and drive the change forward will be essential. This role requires somebody who can evaluate and uncover current opportunities, influence and lead the strategic development of a solution, and drive the development and implementation of the solution alongside our tech, business and user experience partners.鈥�
听
You will also be responsible for partnering across teams on data architecture and mapping, reporting, and designing and delivering AI solutions to improve the sales leader processes and experience. Prior experience in these areas is preferred.鈥�This role requires somebody who is not afraid to work in the gray, can think strategically, is extremely collaborative and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of how things are done today.听

鈥� Analyzing, understanding and recovery of the organization's current business processes, goals, and objectives.听
路听听听听听听 鈥� Transition and evaluation of current state to future state to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance with MS Fabric utilization听
路听听听听听听 AI exploration and development of alerts, follow-ups, real-time prompts, call transcription, documentation of consultations, teams and outlook integration听
路听听听听听听 AI exploration and development of actionable insights to deliver to AllConsult users听
路听听听听听听 Development of new measurements to capture the effectiveness of recommendations and insights delivered to AllConsult users听
路听听听听听听 Data architecture and mapping to enable accurate agent and market views and trends听
路听听听听听听 Identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and reuse within the business architecture while adhering to design principles and user experience.鈥�
鈥� Translating business requirements into technical specifications and guiding the implementation of initiative, operating at the capability-level, in support of broader platforms, and developing functional systems flow to ensure the efficacy of new capabilities.鈥�
鈥� Ensure execution of initiatives, proactively engaging with field stakeholder groups to collect insights and feedback.鈥�
鈥� Developing and maintaining business architecture models, frameworks, and roadmaps, production, quality, and customer service goals.鈥�
鈥� Guide the implementation of the initiative, collaborating with stakeholders to align business strategies with technology solutions, working with other product owners to ensure integration between capabilities within a platform.鈥�
鈥� Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide recommendations on decisions about product strategy and iterations鈥�
鈥� Engage in discovery/test and learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and capability or solution direction to achieve business results.鈥�
鈥� Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business architecture solutions and making recommendations for enhancements as needed, performing process development, improvement, rollout, and integration activities, and optimizing process oversight with process agility.鈥�

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $95,700.00 - 170,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
