Job Description
The Product Marketing Sr Consultant I supports planning and creative development of marketing programs and leads/manages day-to-day execution of marketing tactics designed to drive profitable growth and retention for Allstate. This position consults with others in Consumer Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Research & Administration, Digital Transformation, Innovation or business areas to gain input to develop, execute and measure the marketing plan. The Sr Consultant must possess a variety of competencies including strong attention-to detail, advanced communication skills, strong copyediting and ability to judge creative and provide constructive feedback to both internal and external partners.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $76,200.00 - 134,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities听
Contribute to the planning, creative development and implementation of integrated marketing communications to support various programs and strategies, offering solutions and recommendations to manager and other contributing team members听
Contribute to integration across marketing teams and other departments, building relationships with internal and external business partners and resources听
Assist with the development of presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations; present work internally to marketing leadership and other business partners听
Assist with management of program budgets and provide monthly and quarterly budget forecasts to internal finance team听
Manage required day-to-day tasks, including status brief development, report and timeline management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized files for reference and compliance.听
Work with solid level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects听
Initiate ideas and actions on cross-functional teams听
听
Experience听
Proven enthusiasm for collaborating with Sales teams听
Background in marketing for service-focused or Retail sectors.听 Candidates with advertising or advertising agency backgrounds will also be considered.听听
Solid grasp of B2B marketing strategies and channel intricacies听
3 or more years of experience (Preferred)听
听
